The teaching committee
A teaching committee which
comprises 7 members of the teaching staff, is responsible for ensuring high standards
of teaching and is responsible for the bi-annual examinations in performance.
The teaching committee is also responsible for organising concerts and for accepting
new staff. Students are encouraged to reach a standard that will enable them
to receive the Conservatory’s graduation diploma and take the Ministry of Education’s
matriculation examination in music. Requirements for earning a graduation diploma,
are completing the Conservatory’s four-year course on music theory, harmony and
aural training as well as giving a recital. | |
